playing with toys. Quacker Gift Shop's Personal Shoppers and Customer Service
Center is designed to answer any and all questions you might have while
shopping at our site. We know you have questions from time to time and unlike
many other online sites, www.quackergiftshop.com provides many levels of customer

Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and
we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We also regret that we
cannot accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise.
Quacker Gift Shop offers a 30 day, money-back guarantee on all purchases. If
you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund providing the
toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging. To receive a
refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the
original receipt.
To return an item purchased from quackergiftshop.com, please follow the
instructions on the return form documents, and ship the item using an insured
or trackable carrier to: Quacker Gift Shop, 3905 S Mariposa St, Englewood, CO
80110. Your item(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of your original
order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned
in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. NOTE: You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping
both ways.
